Three quick things make the call go faster — for you and for us:
Make and model number
Usually on a small metal plate just inside the oven door, on the side. Snap a photo — it tells us whether we've got the part on the van.
What's actually happening
"Not heating" vs "fan won't stop" vs "tripping the safety switch" all need different parts. A two-line description beats a long story.
Your suburb
Tells us which van's closest. We cover Perth metro from Two Rocks down to Mandurah, plus the hills.
What happens after you contact us

One quick reminder before you call
We repair and install electric ovens, cooktops and stoves, plus the electric components of dual-fuel ovens. For fully gas appliances, you'll need a licensed gas fitter. If you're not sure what you've got, give us a ring and we'll work it out from the model number.
